The Situation
CCD Enterprises purchased Everett Mall Office Park I which at the time was 80% occupied by the Boeing Company. When Boeing's lease expired, they vacated the property. CCD spent a year marketing the building for re-lease with little success.
Our Solution
CCD Enterprises then hired NAI Puget Sound Properties, where the leasing team of Chris O'Connor, Darrell Okada, Dick Paylor, and Barry Kelly were successful in re-leasing the building back up to the 80% level. At that point, NAI Puget Sound Properties found an owner/user to purchase the building and take down the remaining space in the building for their own use.
