As an Eastside office expert, Paul is a strong advocate for his tenant’s position with lease renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions and terminations. He has deep and thorough knowledge of the market/market conditions, a strong business and analytical background, and proven negotiation skills to secure the best results for his clients. He has also been engaged in sales of several commercial buildings in the Pacific Northwest.
Paul lives in Issaquah with his wife and three children and enjoys a round of golf whenever he gets the chance.
