Kirk has over 19 years of experience in both strategic planning and implementation of transactional real estate assignments. During his career, he has successfully negotiated in excess of $275 million in leases, sales and dispositions.
Many of his clients have requirements outside of the Puget Sound Region. Kirk’s understanding of their business and resulting real estate goals has proven to be a successful formula which has resulted in surpassing his client’s high expectations on four continents and in 16 states.
Residing in Seattle with with his wife, Ann-Margaret, their daughter, twin sons and Labrador Retriever, Kirk is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys introducing his children the wonders of fly fishing, skiing and boating in the San Juan Islands.
