Darrell has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years as an investor, developer and licensed realtor. Since 1999, Darrell has specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial and flex properties north and east of Seattle and has completed transactions representing over 4.5 million square feet of building area and over $450 million in transaction value.
Darrell represents some of the area's most successful companies and was designated one of Puget Sound's top 25 industrial leasing brokers' by CoStar for 2003 and 2006. His productive and professional history includes having served on the board of the Washington State CCIM Chapter. He is a designated CCIM since 1997 and an SIOR. He lives in Mill Creek with his wife, Kim and their son, Talor.
