Bob brings 18 years of experience to NAI Puget Sound Properties as a commercial real estate broker specializing in investment properties and land sales since 1987. Bob has been extensively involved in the sale and marketing of investment properties with several other large commercial companies.
Before becoming involved in real estate, Bob was Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regional Sales Manager for a manufacturer and importer of dry cleaning equipment, where he increased sales in his territory by record numbers.
Bob’s top closed transactions include the Sunrise East Apartments that sold for $34,000,000, 1800 Terry Avenue, a 31-story condo site that sold for $15,600,000, SeaTac Plaza that sold for $6,550,000 and Seattle’s Hostess Bakery that sold for $5,600,000.
Bob currently resides in Bellevue.
